My husband and I are currently staying here at the Nikko, it has been amazing from the moment we arrived. The staff here are the most friendliest we have ever met on any of our travels. Always a smile and...how are you?

Our room has a beautiful view, with a nice balcony. The pool area is lovely overlooking the private beach. Lots of jet skis etc.
Breakfast here will not disappoint, such a great selection to choose from, we never really felt like lunch afterwards.

We have tried a couple of the restaurants which were not overly expensive and the food was delicious.

There are several restaurants across the road, we ate at Mr Bobs Bar and Grill a few times, the waitress Kriss was so lovely, she was very efficient and just such a friendly soul.
Dwi welcomed us with a big smile every time. Can definitely recommend this restaurant....5 stars.

Other restaurants were Ketuts...(Speedy is a character) ☺️Coco, Casanova all of them were very good also with great food and service.
There are a couple of minimarts across the road and a good money changer too, next to one of the minimarts....turn left when coming out of the hotel, look for the big orange sign (no commission) too.

There’s a free bus to Kuta from the hotel, it leaves at 11am to return at 3pm. You have to book at reception the day before. It stops at the Discovery Shopping Mall.

We took a trip to Ubud with our driver Nyoman Dana who we highly recommend, he was full of information on all the stops we made and is also very friendly. There is a little hut across from the hotel in a car park, this is where you would normally find Dana.

A few more days then we will be going home, it has been so relaxing here but, we will definitely be back to stay at the Nikko again.

We stayed here in July 2019 with our 3 daughters, 15, 13, and 5 and the hotel was great. The pool was lovely and never over crowded. Water sports were available on the beach at discounted rate and the beach itself although small is very safe for small children to swim. The breakfast at the hotel was good with a wide offering of Western and Asian dishes. The restaurants at the hotel were very good but a little pricey compared to restaurants outside the hotel. We were all in one family suite which was an excellent size and had two balconies with sea views. Overall a great family holiday and highly recommended.

It is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel. I arrived with a computer bag and small carry on luggage. No staff seem to be interested to greet and help up. Upon checking in, staff are also not so friendly as you might expecting from a 5 stars hotel.

Room lighting a bit deem for business traveler to work. Not sure why the floor of the room either feel a bit dusty to sticky. Amenities not complete some used not provide refill. Air con seem to be not so cold and hot water has it upper temperature control so trying to fill bath tub with hotter water is not possible.

The plus aspects - restaurant for dinner has some nice discs, staff are more friendly. Nice relaxing place not too noisy.
