Due to the truffle fair in Alba, most of the surrounding restaurants were sold out. Therefore we ventured into the backcountry up in the hills and found an externally unpretentious restaurant. But don’t shy away. The inside is very welcoming and cozy. We enjoyed an adequately sized dinner in four courses, not too much, not too little. Quality of food was oustandig. Advice and service was very personable and enjoyable. Pricing is fair and remunerates the efforts in the kitchen.
I marked this restaurant as a personal favourite and will return whenever I/we can.
