As starter we ordered nice and fresh green asperges nature with salt. On advise of the patron we took a bottle of local Guadalajara 'Finca Río Negro' and that was an excellent choice. As main course were the Chuletas Lechal and the Lechal Asado also very nice. The Medias Lunas as dessert were tasty. We loved also the medieval accomodation.
