Fukuoka was my last stop on my trip to Japan and the hotel offered a perfect ending. The single room was of good size and very clean. The view (10th floor) was on a rusty top off one of the neighboring buildings but was ok. I appreciated getting access to a room even though I arrived early before check in at noon. There are a lot of hostess bars nearby but I didn't feel as stalked as in Shinjuku as everybody left me in peace. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was really helpful. I had a name of a yatai (street food) stall but was not able to find it. They went out of their way to help me (by writing the name down on a map so that I could look for the Japanese sign). The hotel is conveniently located close to the Nakasukawabata subway station with a direct connection to the airport. You should count 20 minutes to the airport and than a further 10 minute bus ride to the international terminal (as the train arrives at the domestic terminal). The onsen is really good and clean.More
