This is my second trip to the hotel and it's better than I remember. The level of service provided by the staff and amenities included in the room are incomparable. Many items are complimentary like the fitness center, spa access, and wifi. I recommend the breakfast buffet. There are some nice views of Tokyo station while you enjoy your $50 breakfast. You get what you pay for however, this level of service does not come without the appropriate price point.

This was our first trip to Japan. Everyone at the Four Seasons helped to make our trip to Tokyo very enjoyable. The staff even helped us book train tickets! They provided a snack everyday of fruits and desserts. I can't say enough good things!!

Perfect location in the heart of Ginza. Absolutely perfect, great and personalised services combined with the Japanese refinement. A relatively small hotel which make it very friendly with a great services and a wonderful breakfast with a great urban view over the city.
Greta help from the bellboy with the lug gages to go to Tokyo station which is 5 minutes walk

As others have said, this hotel has a great location, beautiful rooms, and incredibly helpful staff. An example of the latter - we needed to reserve a half-dozen different train tickets off of our JR pass. The bellman "Mike" walked us to the station, and he made sure the ticket agent knew exactly what we needed, even securing us the 'Mount Fuji View" side of the train. He then bought a local ticket so that he could walk us to the platform to make sure we got on the right train! All of their restaurant recommendations worked out wonderfully as well.

Don't be put off by the location being next to the station - it's actually an excellent neighborhood (right next to Ginza) with a ton of restaurants and shops. Moreover, the train station proximity makes it perfect for day tripping, and the "Hato" tour bus pickup is a block away.

Helpful tip #1: Tokyo Station is a huge maze, and you arrive from the airport in the sub-sub-sub basement. You're looking for the "Yaesu South" exit (you'll see Yaesu Center first - follow that until you see Yaesu South). Go out that exit and take a right. The hotel is in the second building you'll pass.

Helpful tip #2: If you're a light breakfast person, there's a Starbucks right across the street down the alley with the Yaesu Book Center on the corner.

Loved the beauty of this hotel and its restaurant. Service staff at the restaurant learned who you were were and greeted you warmly each day you returned. Food quality was over the top! They even prepared a very beautiful breakfast cookie platter for my son when I mentioned his birthday was the next day. Located right next to train station- you do not even have to go outside!
