This was my go to place for breakfast. The staff was quick and very friendly. The food was good.
I had dinner there several times and it was just as good.

My first time at Shirley's. Been hearing a lot about their fried rice being the best. However I ordered grilled cheese sandwich. My main issue with the sandwich is that the bread is slightly sweet. I've bought bread from the supermarket and its slightly sweet. So I guess it is more suited for the local palette. There was a decent amount of melted cheese but the quality of the cheese was not the best. I think they used processed cheese. If the sandwich was hot and crispy, it would have been nicer. The fries were nice.

This was a great no-frills meal. The portion I got of the Crispy Pata was HUGE, especially for the price, came with two sauces, the local favorite and a less spicy one that was really good, and there was such a delicious balance between crispy and tender. The SPAM fried rice was a little disappointing, but not bad. I would go back for the ham hocks in a minute if I'm in Saipan again--I'm still thinking about them almost a month later.

We like Shirleys on Guam and we liked it enough on Saipan to come in twice.
I really dig the pork belly. It’s cooked perfect and keeps me on track with a keto lifestyle. We’ll come here every time we are here.

I got the grilled chicken with eggs and hash brown! The grilled chicken and eggs were really good! However, the hash brown was cooked really poorly!
