We stayed 2 night, and enjoyed our time.
Service and staff were great.
They have a great pool outside and open hours are good for Asia.
Room clean, ok size.
The only thing we didn’t love was the breakfast in the morning. Buffet wasn’t great.
Really enjoyed our 2 night at this hotel.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also liked the comic theme throughout the hotel which the kids like a lot. The pool only opens in May. Sauna area offers steam and normal sauna. All in all we had a nice stay at a reasonable price and we will probably come back again in the future. Hualien always amazes us

It's a second visit for me, with very good experience. Good for family, friend reunion, company outing, new year dinner/gathering.
All facilities are very good to use and the luggage people are very kind, great room services. Would recommend for families as well as peo[let looking for a overnight stay for business and finances. Great meals and the children like the VIP room. My daughter enjoyed the tranquility and visit away from hectic city life; a great short stay vacation home.

Very clean and simple! Great stay, luggage services were efficient and super nice. The pricing isn’t too bad either and the children love the services provided there. Nice piano walk on keyboard in the VIP lounge. Would recommend for anyone looking for a high class short term stay, the hot springs / jacuzzi are also very great.

There are 7 themed areas for children to enjoy that are meant to develop creativity, critical thinking, logic and reaction skills. Kids are allowed to return to the simplest forms of play to unlock the potential of their childhood. Hope to have you back soon.
