What can I say, this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Taiwan. I’ll leave it to you to explore the beauty of Hualien. I know some tourists might argue Hualien is too remote to get to. But boy have you missed out. My recommendation: come stay at Le Meridien, and explore what Hualien has to offer in food, world-class scenery in both mountains and ocean, and enjoy the cuisine, all without having to battle through the hustle and bustle in your typical crowded Asian city. On to Le Meridien. We are so lucky to have come stay in a facility that was just opened. EVERYTHING is brand new. Staff was professional and friendly, and best yet, it’s such a hidden gem that we get to embrace every facility with staff’s 100% attention!
Room was super roomy and our kids (15,13, and <1) all enjoyed the pool and playroom.
Have I mentioned the dinner in the Chinese restaurant in the fifth floor? The fried rice was unequivocally one of the top 3 fried rice I’ve ever had in my life, and I couldn’t tell you what other two were!
Come to explore the hidden beauty in Hualien.
