My partner and I had a lovely weekend at Daisy Cottage it was a perfect countryside getaway. The cottage was very clean and cosy with great attention to detail. The fire was all ready to go and the scones waiting for us upon arrival was a lovely touch. Would certainly recommend Daisy Cottage if you wish to get away from it all and enjoy the quiet country surronding, although towns and villages are only a short drive away.
Great little cottage. Enjoyed the relaxation of the area and, despite having holidayed in Devon on numerous occasions, visited areas we hadn't been to before. Owners of the cottage were lovely and very accommodating. Very rural, which is exactly what we wanted, but can imagine it might be a little quiet for some.
Bedrooms were a great size. Downstairs is compact but we were out much of the time so it wasn't an issue. Utensils in the kitchen could do with replacing but hey - a minor thing! Weather was stunning all week!!
We had a lovely time at Daisy Cottage. The cottage is charming and we really enjoyed being in the middle of nowhere - its so peaceful! The jam, cream and scones on our arrival were very much appreciated and Tony was very welcoming and helpful. The cottage has everything you need as is very comfortable. Holyton is a nice town to visit and its not too far to some lovely beaches. I would definitely recommend Daisy Cottage to a friend.

Just returned from a 4 day stay at Daisy Cottage with 3 friends. A lovely tranquil cottage away from the hustle & bustle of towns & traffic.Excellent comfort and cleanliness, and amenities provided.Within easy reach of many beautiful coastal towns and villages as well as pubs and shops.Owner was very hospitable and made us feel very welcome (especially with the cream tea when we arrived!). Excellent value for money and a stunning appearance interior and exterior. Only negative would be the access roads and finding the cottage itself. The roads are very narrow, windy and hilly (hope to not meet another car,not enough room for 2!). Had difficulty locating the cottage from the main roads, even the sat nav couldn't help us! Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
