Location: we chose this location as it was slightly away from the hustle and bustle. A short walk takes you to the main streets with lots of dining and shopping options.

Room: upon checking in, we found our room to be flooded and the balcony for wide open. They moved us to another room once we mentioned this. However, our room had a constant problem with the electricity which kept going on and off. We reported this several times but it was never looked into - so we gave up after 5 mentions.

The walls are very thin so if you’re looking for a quiet space, this probably isn’t it. We had an extremely noisy neighbour who decided to argue early hours of the morning. Guests on the top floor decided to drag furniture constantly.

Staff: the cleaning and restaurant staff were amazing! Super attentive and friendly - catering to our every needs. The concierge staff, although friendly, lacked local knowledge.

Overall a good stay - however needs some attention to smaller issues.

I can highly recommend this hotel, it has a great location, close to everything without being too close to all the hustle and bustle. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The pool area is perfect and has great food. But by far the best thing about this hotel is the amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They blew me away with their service and attention to detail. A special mention goes out to 'Sinta', who was just a pleasure to deal with. I have stayed in many hotels, but none even come close to the service you get here! 10/10 thank you! :)

So much fun staying here!!! I was skeptical to stay in Seminyak at first due to the hustle-bustle, but my friend recommended this hotel to me and i truly exceed my expectations. Everything was amazing starting from arrival until my departure. The location was perfect and easy to get everywhere. I love it here!

Clean and functional and the staff are lovely, but this hotel doesn't have the Sheraton brand quality.

The rooms are a good size, clean, bed is super comfortable and they have big fat fluffy pillows!

Good sized bathroom, clean, decent toiletries however the towels have seen better days and were very old an threadbare which is quite unpleasant to look at and use – hotel towels should not be worse than the towels that you have at home. The bathroom lighting is very dim and it is hard to put make up on. There is no hair dryer in the room, but one is available if you call house keeping. The light over the hand basin kept flickering which is quite annoying and the hand basin tap had a funny spluttering flow. All these things could have been fixed prior to a guest checking in, as it is annoying for the guest.

Nice pool and the water is a good temperature. Nice sun loungers to relax in. Fitness centre was available but we did not use it.

Breakfast catered for many nationalities including Indian and Indonesian specialities such as satays which were grilled beautifully. Omelettes were great. The breakfast area is well set out to get your food, service is polite and efficient and lovely indoor and outdoor area to sit in to enjoy your breakfast.

All the staff we encountered were lovely and very welcoming.

The location isn’t great. The hotel is located roughly 350 metres off the main drag down an alley which you will need to bring a torch with you if you intend to walk to and from your hotel in the dark as there are many trip hazards, pot holes which you can’t see in the dark. You can see the beach from the roof top of the property, but you need to go about 2.5 kilometres around the block to get to the beach, unless you take the short cut through some dingy alleys to get to the beach using this short cut, but I would not recommend it in the dark even with a torch!

This hotel is not for people with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs and the ramp to wheel up your suitcase is really steep.

For a Sheraton Branded property it is rough around the edges and could do with some maintenance, however it is clean and functional and provides all the basics for a comfortable stay.

We just stayed at Four Points Seminyak, the location is pretty good, away from the main street but near enough to just walk. The hotel itself is not very big and it has shown its age. We had a problem with our original room, but that is quickly shorted out, even though they are very full. The towels and the bed sheets need to be replaced badly. It would probably be giving this hotel a 3 stars if not for the amazing staffs they have there. Most of them are great, constantly smiling and can see that they are there to make the customers feel comfortable and happy.

There are 3 exceptional staffs that go beyond a normal service to help us make the stay there very memorable: first is Bintang (front desk)… he is great problem solver and has amazing attitude. Lakshmi (dinner roof top restaurant)…immediately brightens up the atmosphere just by speaking to her; I wasn’t feeling too well, and she goes all out to get the chef to prepare me a suitable dinner. Lastly, chef Kadek (breakfast roof top restaurant)…constantly cheerful and checking on all the guests if they needed anything else, sometimes those are not even in the menu.

So, 10 stars out 5 for the amazing crew they have in the Four Points Seminyak. It does showcase the true Balinese hospitality!

We went to the hotel believing a sheraton property would offer a good clean room for us to stay.

The initial room
Was nice and cozy but I asked for an upgrade to a suite which they gave us on ground level.

The suite was not at all nice and had strong damp smell. This was a very uncomfortable night and next morning I asked the hotel to change our room.

Hotel did a good job and gave us a nice room - suite with better view.

Room tip: Avoid ground floor rooms
