We just stayed at Four Points Seminyak, the location is pretty good, away from the main street but near enough to just walk. The hotel itself is not very big and it has shown its age. We had a problem with our original room, but that is quickly shorted out, even though they are very full. The towels and the bed sheets need to be replaced badly. It would probably be giving this hotel a 3 stars if not for the amazing staffs they have there. Most of them are great, constantly smiling and can see that they are there to make the customers feel comfortable and happy.
There are 3 exceptional staffs that go beyond a normal service to help us make the stay there very memorable: first is Bintang (front desk)… he is great problem solver and has amazing attitude. Lakshmi (dinner roof top restaurant)…immediately brightens up the atmosphere just by speaking to her; I wasn’t feeling too well, and she goes all out to get the chef to prepare me a suitable dinner. Lastly, chef Kadek (breakfast roof top restaurant)…constantly cheerful and checking on all the guests if they needed anything else, sometimes those are not even in the menu.
So, 10 stars out 5 for the amazing crew they have in the Four Points Seminyak. It does showcase the true Balinese hospitality!
