Bali was a blast! Staying at the Four Points Seminyak really helped set the tone of my trip. The property had awesome breakfast and other amenities. Ritah and Sugung, especially, were amazing hosts; I felt like I was at a very premium location.
Awesome staff, Wira was amazing with his service should get a pay raise. 🤙 Everyone is happy and eager to please a very nice change in scenery. The food here is amazing and it's always high quality. Would definitely recommend tipping the staff as they do deserve it
Fantastic hotel, in the middle of Seminyak, but in a quiet street, just few hundred meters from the beach. I had the privilege to be upgraded as a titanium elite member, thanks. Staff is kind, professional and dedicated. Will be back with pleasure
I actually wanted to rate the property 4.5 because the half point less is due to a slightly odd location. Here is my review:
Amenities- 5/5
Staff - 6/5. Yes they are that good. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and super efficient. In all 4 days all our requests were addressed in a matter of minutes.
Food - 4/5
Location- 4/5 - As the crow flies its close to the beach but no direct route. You either have to take a very dark unlit narrow alley or a 2.5 kms round route. But it is close to shops and restaurants.
Value for money - 5/5
To summarize- if you want an absolute beach side or beach facing hotel this is not it. But if you want a place close to other amenities, and most importantly where you will be looked after well and appreciate hospitality then this is a great place. I always prefer Marriott hotels for the staff hospitality and warmth, and this one kept the benchmark high.
Good location too lots of restaurant's and shopping . Taxi’s available through the hotel reception . Staff so attentive and friendly . Breakfast a great choice and good coffee if you ask for extra hot .pool area is quiet this time of year and could do with an update but has a good bar and seating . Overall great value for the area . All staff just wonderful 🤩
