Good location too lots of restaurant's and shopping . Taxi’s available through the hotel reception . Staff so attentive and friendly . Breakfast a great choice and good coffee if you ask for extra hot .pool area is quiet this time of year and could do with an update but has a good bar and seating . Overall great value for the area . All staff just wonderful 🤩

Great hotel, great location, but what made our stay even more memorable is the staff itself. Shout out to Dhika at the front desk, Lolly at the pool bar, and Laksmi who came and greet us whilst having drinks and informed us about all the events and promos happening at the hotel.
Since many years I choose this amazing hotel with his outstanding exceptional and real genuine staff to feel home away from home and conduct my business as well as find time to enjoy a few holiday moments . This hotel in its location and with its unbelievable great staff and very reasonable price , offers everything and more what you expect from a four points .

Great breakfast on the rooftop with a beautiful view over the neigbourhood and ocean . A relaxed and beautiful pool area .
But again and again I have to come back to mention the biggest asset this hotel harbors , ITs PEOPLE WHO WORK there , the reception crew under Andre , the kitchen crew under chef Chadol, the omni present GM Ari , the housekeeping gang , the restaurant staff with all its amazing staff , THEY ALL MAKE THE EXTRA DIFFERENCE on an island which is clustered with hotels .
I have listened to and observed other guests sharing similar experiences in conversations with staff .
After visiting Bali since 30 years many times each year I can not stress enough that the four points by Sheraton Seminyak is a special place and I am looking forward to come back soon .

Exceptional value with the best rest I have had in ages. Staff were incredibly helpful, accomodating, arranging multiple things for my friend’s birthday. We prefer not to sleep in the same bed so had two king singles that were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in a twin configuration. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning perfect to keep the room cool all night. Cocktails every night were included in our package and we enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar as we enjoyed them. Breakfast for us was also there every morning and the food choices were so many it was hard to choose each day! Many gluten free options were also included for my friend who is coeliac. From then housekeeping staff, to the waiters, managers and even the chefs at the rooftop restaurant, those at the splash pool bar, to the luggage handlers and staff behind the front desk, everybody went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. The beach is a short walk away through a local village temple after 8am and we mostly lounged at the pool each day. I would definitely go again!
