Very disappointed. Booked a pool access room. First night kept awake by regular returning client partying until 4am until finally security stepped in. Following nights disturbed by construction in the basement underneath our floor. Had to complain to reception to get it to stop. Reception staff are lovely but clearly management doesn’t care.
Paid top dollar to have a pool access room so very disappointed and sad that my wife’s birthday trip has been ruined.
Four more nights here until we leave for home and some sleep.
It’s a nice enough hotel and the staff are lovely but management doesn’t care about your quality of sleep after you have booked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had booked a pool access room, with a free mini bar daily (yay!!). Our room was well maintained. The pool out side our room was a bonus, however we soon discovered it was too cold to use. As it didn’t get the morning or afternoon sun. Housekeeping was a bit slap dash and forgot to replenish face washers and hand towels. A bit frustrating.
Breakfast was awesome and had everything you need. Plus the 24 hour coffee free refill was much appreciated. The staff really do make this hotel, always polite and accommodating. Nothing was too much for them… so thank you.
Now the negative,. Firstly the location, you can walk via the beach to get to anything decent. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Semiyak square. There’s not really anything around and it’s on the busiest road. The pool on the rooftop is not only small but is always cold. Generally, despite the weather no one was in it. These 2 factors would deter us from returning.

Service outstanding - noise ruined an otherwise perfect stay!
From the moment we checked in, our stay was memorable, enjoyable and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds… so comfortable! The decor and the styling of the property is fun and matches the vibe of Seminyak and Canggu. Location at the end of Seminyak, on the way to Canggu.
The food at the rooftop restaurant is delicious and again, service outstanding. For instance, my wife mentioned she was tired from the flight to Bali, and the restaurant arranged complimentary Ginger Tea to the room after our Meal. Welcome drink at the bar also a nice touch.
Great Hotel for families - PlayStation hooked up to GIANT screen behind the bar, good to occupy kids during Happy Hour :-)
Good Breakfast spread with Ala carte options included. Water filter machines in the hallway and bottled mineral water also provided.

Only thing that was bothersome was the noise from the hallways at night (the floors are tiled so there’s heaps of echo) and the noise from the rooftop in the morning (we stayed on level 3). Not a big deal, but good to know for those who are sensitive to noise. Noticed there are signs to advise guests to keep the noise down in the hallways.
