We stayed at this hotel previously as it has a lot to offer in terms of location ,amenities,dining options etc however on this occasion our experience sadly was impacted by the theft of our hand luggage at check-in. So beware of thieves in the lobby and take care of luggage and personal belongings at all time. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel at this location.
Lovely hotel, situated perfectly near amenities and a great beach,the staff are fabulous,and the place is spotless,we are returning guests,and love to stay here. Sadly this time it is not a five star review,as the lunch and dinner service was not as good as it has been in the past. Breakfast is great,good coffee,fresh juice,and great selection of food, unfortunately,we found the selection at other meal times lacking,in selection,quality and not very warm,compared to last year.i don't know if it's a new chef,or just cut backs,but a shame as the food was a large draw to this hotel.
Location, facilities, amenities, service and the staff all fantastic, a great selection of cuisine for breakfast, lunch and evening meal.
Some great beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping mall all relatively close.

Beautiful hotel amazing views , food fresh every morning, lovely staff and greet you with a smile even the hard working accommodation staff , highly recommend the hotel look forward to staying again only a few steps from Beach entertainment every evening wonderful stay
Beware the raucous music blaring beachside until midnight. Why, oh why, they couldn't have the band inside the hotel playing to the outside God only knows. And the only people affected are those who've paid extra to have seaview rooms! We moved 4 times but eventually gave up and moved up the coast.
Great hotel (5th visit but rest in winter months) but ruined by the noise.
