Beware the raucous music blaring beachside until midnight. Why, oh why, they couldn't have the band inside the hotel playing to the outside God only knows. And the only people affected are those who've paid extra to have seaview rooms! We moved 4 times but eventually gave up and moved up the coast.
Great hotel (5th visit but rest in winter months) but ruined by the noise.

My 3rd visit....love this hotel and the staff are so helpful and accommodating...so clean all around the hotel and the location right on the beach is a bonus... coming back next week! Usually come out in may so will be a different experience this time as coming out in August..

This place was okay, great for young families I think. There's plenty of entertainment and a children's club to keep everybody occupied. The pool and surrounds are lovely and very close to a beautiful Mediterranean beach.
I was disappointed that we had two single beds rather than the queen size ... first time in many years my husband and I have slept in separate beds! The hotel seemed a little tired and could do with an overall update I think. The two lifts struggled to keep up with eight floors of people coming and going!
The restaurant was a cafeteria-style buffet but having said that the food was of a very good quality. If you haven't got dinner in your price then book and pay at reception first. The bar (inside and out) is equally good ... very good selection and great staff. Staff over the whole resort were fantastic. I always think that staff make or break a hotel and here they make it. They were lovely.
Location wise ... a lovely restaurant very close by (La Merada I think it was called) and others a ten minute or so walk away where there is plenty of choice. La Zenia shopping centre is a five minute taxi ride if you want to brave the crowds and replace anything that's missing.
Overall, not brilliant but with the staff and the good good/drinks tipping it into the high average side
Absolutely love this Hotel. Staff are exceptionally kind and considerate. The location is spectacular. Entertainment staff provide great fun and there is a lovely family vibe. The wellness centre is an extra luxury. Special mention to Chef Kiko, Noella on reception and Betty in the restaurant for their 5 Star Service. We had a super holiday. Thank you all so much.
The Hotel was lovely and clean .. The room had a beautiful Seaview . The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only letdown was the food in the evening which did not seem to change very much ..better labelling is needed especially as I’m a vegetarian and had to keep trying to find a member of staff to ask if certain things had meat in ,
breakfast had a good selection and was very nice .. lunchtime was good too …
The pool area was lovely and clean and never had any trouble trying to get a sun lounger
