The Hotel was lovely and clean .. The room had a beautiful Seaview . The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only letdown was the food in the evening which did not seem to change very much ..better labelling is needed especially as I’m a vegetarian and had to keep trying to find a member of staff to ask if certain things had meat in ,
breakfast had a good selection and was very nice .. lunchtime was good too …

The pool area was lovely and clean and never had any trouble trying to get a sun lounger

Stayed at The Servigroup La Zenia booked via a Tour operator Trip.com who were very helpful but dealing direct with hotel and its customer service before arrival was another experience totally rude and unhelpful in everyway in assisting which gave me a negative feeling before arrival, upon arrival the room was nothing like the website or brochure description very dated 1970s style old curtains very old tired furniture like being back in the 1970s, staff at hotel were functional little personality to be honest the room was extremely poor quality and dated we were not expecting 5star but this is 4 star and i think the room and standard to not represent a 4 star hotel see photo attached, on the plus points breakfast and dinner were quite good and pool area was very nice, entertainment was back to the 1970s but the standard of room was very poor quality for 4 star hotel overall a disappointing

Unfortunately the stay did not get of to a good start at this hotel as issues with the booking before arrival and not particularly helpful in trying to resolve the situation booking procedure was not a great experience, The hotel is is nice location overlooking the sea, it has nice pool area, and buffet breakfast was very good and evening meals good too, on the negative points the rooms are very old and I felt I was in the 1970s nice views but rooms are tired and require refurbishment, bar area also like been back to the 70s lovely hotel but in a need of complete refurbishment staff are functional but not over friendly I could only describe this hotel as an average property with nothing particularly special to ever make you return to be honest
