The staff were friendly, the room was very big and clean. The hotel is in a convenient location, as it is just outside Milan but very well connected by the nearby tube station. The food was also very nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would say very good value for money

The room in whic we were staying was large, clean and we confortable bed. Toilet could be nicer for 4 star hotel but ok. Staff was frendly. Free parking.
Breakfast was dissapointing! Nothing to choose from, no fruit,...

This was a modern hotel on the outskirts of Milan which we found rather odd, quite lacking in some respects, and built above a COOP supermarket, which was of course quite handy if you needed anything. Unfortunately there were many negatives about this hotel, a modern hotel which seemed to be going downhill fast. Access to the hotel was unusual, it was via an underground car park….in fact our driver took 2 tours of the area before he found the way in.
Our room was comfortable but the bathroom light was permanently on, there were no plugs in sink or bath so you couldn’t have a bath, the worktops in the bathroom were stained and the shower tiles were chipped. In the room the temperature control didn’t work, it was 28 deg.C. The aircon was apparently controlled from reception who had to turn it on but it still didn’t work. The wifi didn’t work , the TV channels listed in the room brochure were not available and reception had to be asked for tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Meals were very expensive in the restaurant, bar service didn’t seem to work from any price list and one waiter seemed in a permanent daze. All in all, not a great experience.

Friendly staff, rooms lovely and spacious, not a lot of room to seat and drink in the bar. Food was lovely but expensive (dinner). Just a stop over hotel so quite ok. Supermarket underneath it quite handy. Breakfast was difficult trying to get a cup of coffee and food was only average.

Nice friendly staff. Hotel is tired to be honest. Needs upgrading. The location is remote if you don't have a car. Air con didn't work in the room. Breakfast average.
Not sure I'd go back to be honest.
