I love this hotel! From the moment we arrived to minute we left we were treated like royalty. A very clean hotel, a very well staffed hotel and very friendly. So much space you never feel crowded. The hotel has a very safe feeling, I could leave my phone on the sun bed while I was in the pool quite happily. I can't recommend this hotel enough, it is exactly as it was portrayed online. I will definitely be returning next year.

We stayed at this hotel last year and boy has it changed. The front doors that great you are wooden (no windows glass) and even our taxi driver thought the hotel was closed. Inside it is very clinical and bare. However the staff on reception are friendly and our cases were taken to ours room. I booked a deluxe room with the pool and large rooftop balcony as the other rooms balconys are very small. Unfortunately my husband was take ill on this holiday but the staff and conceirge were fantastic.
The pool in our room was never cleaned as we noticed the same old flies swimming on top every day. The rest of the rooms were cleaned perfectly.
Now for the food. The restaurant ( we were half board) has gone down hill yet again this year. Firstly the cups and glasses were chipped and dirty. The food was NOT 4 star. But the most annoying of all was our last day when we were entitled to Breakfast early. It consisted of Sushi (left over) Chicken in Breadcrumbs (left over) stale bread (no toaster working so couldnt make toast) No cereal or milk, just left overs for breakfast I do understand our coach was leaving very early but cereal would have been nice. Disgusting !!!!!! They seem to clean and keep the gardens of the hotel cleaner than the Restaurant. Im sorry but no we wont be visiting next year Shame.

Room Tip: deluxe room is best

Amazing hotel, from the welcome with a glass of cava to the end of the holiday. The staff are polite and helpful. Marco in the restaurant is a massive asset to your company and has a great re pore with the guests. We stayed half board a good variety of food on offer, with a good few nationalities catered for. The rooms are excellent, good sized and were always cleaned every day. The pools were always clean, with great daytime entertainment for the kids. The beach is just across the road, which is beautiful.. Mostly restaurants at this end of the resort, however if you walk about 1 km to the centre of Playa du Muro there's a bit more going on. We travelled with 2 children aged 14 and 11, so the only we felt could be improved on was the entertainment in the evening. Some nights were good.. We would definitely return to this hotel loved the new garden rooms which give you your own space with a hot tub !

Room Tip: Blocks 2/3 facing the nature reserve are quite, sun in peak can be very hot you might not be able to use the balcony during the afternoon

The first impression of this hotel is really good, as it has a modern design, is very clean and well maintained, which is all really good. The greeting from the Staff is genuine and welcoming, and you get the feeling that nothing is too much trouble.

there's a choice of restaurants and bar within the hotel campus, and plenty of activities to get involved with during the day, followed by entertainment in the main bar / seating area of an evening. This is good as there is nothing much in the way of entertainment outside of the hotel. See comments at the end of this post

So if you are looking for somewhere to relax, with everything you need (excluding saucepans) in one place then the Prinsotel is perfect.

We went self catering, and would advise you to buy a saucepan and some basic utensils, as we only had a frying pan and a kettle for cooking with, but a visit to the local supermarket in Can Picafort sorted that out for us, which was good as the bars and restaurants seem really expensive compared to the other parts of Spain we have visited recently, so eating out can get very expensive very quickly

If you like getting out and about and finding things to do, apart from the beach, there is absolutely nothing to do in Playa De Muro. There are bars and restaurants, but very little in terms of entertainment, and very little atmosphere. Also, as we have found over the last few days there is very little to do in the surrounding areas. So unless you want to drive everywhere, or spend a fortune on taxi's, this is not the place for you.

Room Tip: Block 4 is a the back of the campus and seemed to be a bit quieter

Well what can i say........this was our first family holiday with our toddler and we had an amazing time! Everything was quality, gorgeous and spotless. Cava on arrival aswel as a porter to take your bags for you. The most comfy bed we've ever slept in and the cot provided was fab too. The maids clean and change bedding and towels daily and do a fantastic job. The kitchen is basic, just a fridge, hob, old style kettle and cheap toaster. No oven. The bathroom was great, a bath with overhead shower and a wet room with a big waterfall shower and a power shower in there too! To big wardrobes and lovely suede sofa. Lovely terrace and great aircon! The staff were lovely and very helpful and genuine. There is so much to do in and around the hotel and we literally cannot wait to come back and stay here again! This will be the first time i've ever wanted to return to a hotel again as i normaly like going somewhere different each time, but will def come back here! Our top 3 places to eat were; Le Tabel, Dakota and El Patio. Amazing food and service and great prices! The beach was stunning and the whole town is so clean and tidy. Perfect holiday and highly recommend. Will list our few minor gripes to give a fair review; the lady working in the on site shop was unfriendly and couldn't look more miserable and put out by serving you if she tried! The staff at the Fusion restaurant next to the hotel were very rude and snobby. On the beach there was a constant flow of men trying to sell you sunglasses, watches, bags, robes ect and it got very annoying as they all asked you to buy everytime they passed you, however there was a lovely Spanish lady selling fresh fruit who was wonderful!! There are horse and cart taxis in Playa De Muro and the poor horses are worked all day in the baking sun until late everyday. This made me so angry. Lastly (not a gripe!) If you need pampers nappies bring your own if poss! They are around €15 per pack of 23 out there!!
