A group passing thro on a beautiful day. We sat outside and had a great lunch. The angelos salad with poached chick peas was lively. A great short stop in a friendly little place

Old World New Zealand Tavern pub with character of Central Otago timber and stone .Warm and cozy in cold winter weather. Nice stop for a modern very tastee meal. Could use some additional basic old Kiwi grub meat deep dish pie. Cream and scones Otago jam and honey! We had pumpkin soup and South Island Cheese rolls, and Omelet with feta cheese and salmon. Both were great thank you very much.

Lunch after a game of Curling at nearby Naseby. The perfect spot for country cooking and a glass of Cider or Ale.

The food was good, service was what you expect at a small town pub - nothing special, other waitress was really loud and the whole restaurant heard her life story. Toilets need a scrub everywhere including walls because they are disgustingly dirty would hate to see the standard of the kitchen!
