Booked thru UK agent. Friendly staff, but reception staff poor at speaking English (still better than my Thai). Got stuck in lift on first day, took 10 minutes to be released. No emergency phone in lift, no emergency lighting. Had room in B block which was very noisy in the early hours as the surrounding roads were used as a Moto GP track by local youths. Breakfast room not very tidy. Buffet not replenished by staff, unless we asked. Litter on floor not picked up. Need to get there early as coach parties of Chinese /Koreans were like locusts. Rooms cleaned daily, kettle provided but no cups or tea/coffee facilties. Excellent large fridge. No hairdryers but can be borrowed from reception, must be returned same day!

The hotel is expensive, High price for bad conditions. If you want a extra bed, you will pay 1000baths, ridiculous. It's far away from everything.
The service is horrible.
There isn't even one nice person in here.
I don't recommend it, at all.

Only stayed because of catching a early ferry to ko lanta in the morning. Not a bad room. Clean and kinda small. Ok shower. Had a restaurant in buildings opposite. Had beers and karaoke when we came back from town. Phuket town is nothing special. Would never stay in town again unless for 10 minutes to rassada port for phi phi and lanta. Think its was about £13. $18. A night. Pictures from amazing restaurant over the road

I booked and stayed this hotel on 20 October. On the website, this hotel said there is a fitness as one of facilities but when I stayed and went to use fitness they said this is not included in hotel's facilities and you have to pay. In this case, I considered as fault information via website since did not explain that this has to pay extra. Service is so so and the room is not really clean with the dirt around the place. Cheap but will not recommend to anyone since they are liars on the information.

Room tip: Ask them for all facts and do not believe what you saw on website.
