My husband and I arrived very early in the morning to the resort, our driver Steve was wonderful! Very helpful and friendly!
The private room we stayed in had all the essentials including kitchenette. It was very cosy and clean.
All of the staff working at the resort are very friendly and accomodating, they helped us out with a currency issue and followed up throughout the day to make sure we were being looked after and the matter was sorted.
The food is amazing! For the breakfast buffet we enjoyed French toast and pancakes with a selection of yummy local fruits, delicious barista made coffee which we were extremely grateful for! ( almond milk was also available which is great!)
Lunch was a very tasty steak burger with chips which we both thoroughly enjoyed!
Finally our dinner, We ordered the mouthwatering organic local steak with potato gratin and a creamy peppercorn sauce ( I was informed the peppercorns were grown locally ) it was honestly the best cut of beef I’ve had anywhere! We both had nothing left on our plates!
The menu also offered a good selection of vegetarian options.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at village de santo resort and if you are travelling to Luganville then this is the place to be!
Walking distance to the town and local produce markets and close to many tourist destinations.
