All of it well organised and great day. Interesting commentary by skippers and bus driver. Well worth it even if you have done Milford Sound.

The glow worms are a beautiful natural phenomenon and are worth seeing, but this tour is a bit misleading and overpriced. The actual glow worm tour only lasts around 10-15 mins the rest was the time spent on the ferry and time spent hanging around waiting for the other groups to complete the tour and the ferry to return. I think if they had provided a more accurate description I would have felt less disappointed.

We're sorry to hear that our Glowworm Cave Tour did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. We aim to provide an accurate representation of the experience across our marketing channels, but having a full breakdown of the tour (with times) is a great suggestion.
Thank you again,
The RealNZ team.

Have travelled to many parts of the world and taken many such short day tours to various natural phenomena and expected a nice trip to see some glow worms in a cave. What I didn’t realise was the walk inside a breathtaking cave that almost seemed like a pathway to an adventure ride at Disneyland! The Sat in silence in punts while our expert guides took us through the most breathtaking cave filled with glow worms. This is an absolute must do experience and one I won’t forget in a long time. A great way to spend New Year’s Eve!

Excellent value for 7 hours of spectacular scenery. We are kiwis and have travelled overseas to many countries and done such tours. We get the price was fair in comparison to overseas experiences and the scenery was breathtaking! Good food and drinks available on board at doubtful sound leg. Only disappointment is was no coffee available for the early morning cruise at 6:30am- not ideal from out point of view to stand and look at a shut cafe with 80 people! Totally small blemish on a spectacular day trip. We’d like to do the overnight option next and would recommend it to locals and tourists.

For such an early start, coffee is always a good idea! We'll be sure to adjust our Manapouri Café hours once we get a few more RealNZ crew members.

Thank you for this 5-star review. We all hope you have a fantastic new year!
