Fabulous and our highlight of 3weeks in NZ South Island. The entire staff were all friendly and couldn’t have done anything more for us. The cabins in the overnight boat were very clean; quiet and so comfortable with lovely white sheets and fluffy pillows. The meals supplied were delicious with plenty of options. The wine list choices were fantastic. Our ship’s captain had an open visitor policy and he was very welcoming and friendly (his commentary was awesome with so many points of interest provided). Excellent - thank you.

Did the doubtful sound tour with real journeys. Was unfortunately disappointed, with the weather being a big burden on the day it made it very un enjoyable. Obviously the weather isn’t able to be controlled by them, but I would have liked to be given the option to re book and get money back and not go. We were unable to go to seal rock as the swell was too big, and visibility within the sound was very poor. As it is a very expensive tour making the most of this cost is being able to take in the sights of the sound.

Although the weather was a burden the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this tour unless a clear day. If you can book last minute and make sure it’s going to be a fine day.

We took couple of tours with them and all were good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Customer service was well beyond expectations.

Only suggestion I will offer is to have better variety of food for the overnight voyages and have enough quantities.

The whole experience was so well organised and focused on us all having the very best of experiences. We thought the price to be somewhat expensive for our budget but we have absolutely no regrets. We certainly had our money's worth.

The detour to see the dolphins, together with the bow of the cruiser nudging the waterfall on our return journey turned an interesting trip into a spectacular one.

Although the company can claim no credit for the marvelous scenery, they can take every credit for the positive attitude of all of the staff, their enthusiasm for sharing this experience with us, and enabling us to get the best out of this experience.
The organisation was exceptional

We have passed on our experiences to many other travellers who we have met since.

A really memorable overnight journey in Doubtful Sound. Excellent service. Wonderful cuisine. Very informative. Great experiences. Slightly spoiled by talkative neighbours- had to knock on the wall to get them to keep quiet.

Kia Ora Bruce, Thanks for the review. We are delighted you enjoyed this experience with us despite the noisy neighbours. Seeing a kiwi in the wild should be on the 'must-do' list for anyone! We hope to see you aboard again soon!
