Great service, very friendly young lady... amazing food.. cheese roll was the best I've had... good coffee.... well worth a visit... highly recommend

We stopped at the hide cafe for lunch on our travels, I'm celiac and its always such a hit and miss trying to find gf food options when on the road. They had a great selection of options and the food was great.. My husband had a pie and said it was one of the best pies he has ever had.. And thats a big call. We will definitely be stopping in there again when passing through.

My wife is very fussy, she was v complimentary on the coffee- v important, and the date scone. Lovely outdoor seating area which gets plenty of sun even in the morning.

On our way to Invercargill stopped in Athol for a coffee only to find the power was off. The guy behind the counter was delightfl and recommended this place as an alternative. Lovely staff, great coffee and nice place....great recomendation

There were lots of people in here eating brunch when we stopped to get ice cream. I saw that they have the hokey pokey flavor that I read everyone should try while in New Zealand - and I did. It is very sweet and I liked it.
