What an amazing find in the middle of the Chianti region of Tuscany. This beautiful villa is in a small hamlet and is surrounded by vineyards. The large garden has olive, plum, apple and fig trees and is secluded with breathtaking views. The patio area is spacious & has a large table, chairs and barbecue. The bedrooms have fantastic views & are very spacious, comfy beds with crisp white bedding. Lovely kitchen with heaps of everything! The owners of this villa are amazing, warm lovely people I cannot fault this villa and would highly recommend it if you want peace & tranquility and yet Florence & Sienna are within easy driving distance.
a beautiful place and perfect location for exploring lots of great towns and villages all around;the owners are so lovely and welcoming so we felt like being at home;
the house is furnished with a lot of love and with much taste;
if you sit in the garden between the olive trees, you can relax from everyday stress because the view is simply fantastic;
the house contains 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms , a large kitchen which is perfectly equipped and a living room
I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Tuscan house at Easter time. We had a family reunion with relatives arriving from all over the World to spend some quality time together in the Chianti region. The location is very handy for touring this beautiful part of Tuscany, it's so picturesque and there are many wonderful ancient villages to explore. There's a lovely restaurant attached to the ancient church in the hamlet of Sicelle too.
The house was so charming, typical Tuscan, cool and spacious. Simple and tastefully decorated, with every thing you could possibly need whether dining inside or out!
The terrace is to die for!! You have wonderful uninterrupted views of vine covered rolling hills, looking toward Panzano and Greve in Chianti. Just below the terrace is an old stone well and private olive grove which completes the scene.
We often ate out on the terrace with the barbeque grilling our Tuscan steaks, sipping on some good Chianti wine and watching the fireflies as the day turned into evening. The owner speaks English and was very helpful on giving tips for places to visit. I highly recommend this for anybody who wishes to have that real Tuscan experience. We will no doubt be back one day.
