We stayed recently (1st week of July 2013) in Beach House no. 3. By the owner's admission it was not of such a good quality as the other 2, and it was only 1 bedroom ....but it was really great for 2 people and we loved it.
The interior was perfectly clean, in a basic homely greek style and it had a loo downstairs plus a shower room upstairs. The bed was a little hard but after the first night and lots of swimming in the sea we didn't notice really.
The location is idyllic during the day....the sea is literally outside. It is very nice and quiet. The locals come down in the afternoon to swim.
There are about 4 tavernas within walking distance (forget the heels ladies....you have to walk over the beach to all of them). The food is lovely in all of them but, the menu is quite small.
We had a peek in one of the larger beach houses after making friends with a lovely couple from Germany/US.....and it was very nicely done ....planning to go back soon.
We would recommend a vehicle if you stay here because the nearest 'supermarket' is 15-20 mins walk away (albeit there is a small kiosk selling bread/milk/beer/ice cream etc very close by.
