Really excellent accommodation. Beautifully converted barn, huge room plenty of space for two Labrador dog crates, very dog friendly pub altogether. Lovely bathroom and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Breakfast superb and staff very helpful and friendly (separate reception staff all day). Only down side was the evening meal menu - very poor indeed. No imagination - compared to excellent breakfast!! Found the gourmet pub The Britannia a few miles down the road fortunately. 1 1/2 miles to the fantastic beach with marvellous sand dunes and enormous expanse of sand and waves. Will definitely go back - although not cheap - but we snaffled a 3 nights for 2 good deal. Patricia and Angus Frazer

We visited for my birthday weekend and got a great deal through Secret Escapes. They are very dog friendly and close to lots of walks and beaches, it is pretty remote though so not much else to do besides walking, highly recommend visiting Rhossilli Bay for some stunning views and a huge beach. The accommodation was simple but very clean and warm, with a huge bath and underfloor heating. The pub was a little unusual, bit of a strange atmosphere and the two tables in front of the bar feel like they are in the way so when we ended up sitting on one of them for dinner because a large party had taken over the main area we felt a bit awkward. It just had a bit of a strange feel to the place and the food wasn't anything special. Breakfast was better and all of the staff were friendly.

We both had the Vegetarian Strudel - filled with leeks, wild mushrooms, pine nuts and cheese - totally delicious. As always the staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lovely cosy wood fire burning.

The Kings Head Inn at Llangennith is a friendly pub and hotel. We chose to visit it because of its close proximity to Rhossili bay and had been flagged up as a dog-friendly establishment.
The pub has two eating areas, one in the main bar and the other laid out as a restaurant. The slate floored bar area welcomes customers with dogs and with a roaring fire was perfect on a cold day. Staff were friendly and the pub offered a decent menu with an additional specialities board.
Our order was promptly delivered and the food (gammon & parley sauce/ fish and chips/ sausage and mash) were delicious.
A good place to return to when exploring the Gower.

We stayed for one night as a couple with a dog. Our room was really Lovely, nice and warm after a long day walking!
The views when you step outside are stunning. Lots of walks to do and a few minutes drive to the beach.
We had dinner and breakfast and but were delicious.
It's great to find such a nice hotel that accepts dogs.
