First the best thing in hotel. Room is very good, comfortable, big enough with very good bed.
Interesting concept with open bathroom.
Common area is like some hostel, poor equiped and not finished. Industrial floor is terrible.
Food is poor but tasty (best with this ingridients).
Sure not value for money.

I went here in October 2019, the weather was gorgeous around 22c or more. The hotel was very close to the airport, Split, around a 12-15 min drive in a taxi.

The hotel is beautiful and we spoke to the owner who was very welcoming and friendly, a group of architects designed the hotel and that is what explains the great design and attention to detail.

The rooms we had overlooked the sea and it was a wonderful vista. The bathroom does have just frosted glass doors and I shared with a friend, so it could be awkward however there are toilets near the restaurant too.

The roof terrace is beautiful, although I was disappointed they didn't turn on the heating in it, because of the season, even at request. We still went in the pool on the roof but it was unbearably cold. The indoor pool was also not warm, but the steam room and saunas were amazing, and you can even plug in your own music.

The breakfast was healthy and delicious, very good for non-diary and non-wheat people. There was a nice selection of fresh juices, bread, eggs and you can request an omelet or poached eggs for no extra charge.

We also tried the massage at the spa which was bookable, a very relaxing time, and perfect for pre-reading/relaxing on the roof.

We got the water taxi to Trogir and never walked, it was very cheap around £2/3 I think. Once we went to Split but it was far to go from Trogir and then Split on the ferry and then we got a taxi back. Split was like any normal European city, it had nice pavements. The waterfalls we took a coach to from the hotel were well worth the visit, there are 17 in one site. It was beautiful in the Autumn, even though that was the only day that rained.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Excellent view and nice balcony in each room. Toilet comes with a sliding glass door so not for sensitive couples.. the walk to trogir centre is over 3km so got a bit exhausting. Taxi drivers don't care to do the short drive or they rip you off.
Restaurant in the hotel was not worth the money. Food mediocre at the best. Breakfast buffet was better though!
All in all a place I could go to again!

Rooms are nice with spectacular views all of them. Bed are comfortable but could use less thick pillows although they offer plenty of pillows. Restaurant has generally served tasty LCHF food. Gym is really small and poor equipped but you will manage for a couple of days with some creativity. Spa I also small but sufficient. Great view from rooftop pool and terrace. Evening staff in the restaurant could be nicer otherwise I would’ve given the hotel a 5 instead of 4.

My wife took me here at the beginning of October 2109 as a birthday present having bought a relatively inexpensive trip via Travelzoo which we were a little bit worried about (i.e. was it going to be ‘cheap and cheerful’ - and a bit disappointing thing?).

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is located not far from Trogir (2km) and 32km from the centre of Split (the airport is closer though). Taxis via Uber are not expensive, although we decided to rent a car which was definitely the best idea so we had the freedom to go where ever we wanted whenever we wanted. The roads seemed pretty safe although if you’re coming from England, it’s a left-hand drive country so driving on the opposite side of the road can be a challenge for some - generally it’s easy as long as you keep your wits about you.

We spent some time getting advice from a lovely lady on reception called Maja, who really was so very lovely and helpful in every way, all the places he told us about were well worth the trips. The staff there couldn’t do enough for us and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone to stay at this lovely hotel but would also recommend a hire car to get the best from your stay - if you like exploring.

There was no additional cost for parking your car in their ‘under the hotel’ car park which wasn’t a problem there at all. Great place!
