We really missed this vibrant, friendly restaurant, coping well with the Covid-19 safety measures while staff are professional and good food is still being served as it used to be.

My husband ordered his usual Lasagna dish and we got surprised when the asparagus lasagna option was mentioned to us, I will definitely give it a try next time). I ordered the seafood spaghetti and for our three years old daughter, the owner was so kind to make a simple but delicious tomato spaghetti like grandma used to cook when I was a child; such memories brought back!
Obviously, we didn't miss the chance to order the desserts as well 😉.

We will visit Rosmarino again soon!

Rosmarino is definitely a very good restaurant, were you can still find a proper nice homemade cuisine that makes real Italian food.

I visited the restaurant last night with my partner, she had Lasagna Bolognese ( nice Italian way ragù) and I had just a few starters as I was quite full. The Jamon ( Parma ham ) was tasty and not from a different brand at all.

Nice experience overall, I suggest this place to anyone visiting El Medano.

No where near as good as it used to be. We used to come here all the time before lockdown and we absolutely raced about it, recommended it to everyone but it has gone massively down hill. The lasagna was overcooked to complete mush, the tomato sauces on the pastas have lost any flavour or excitement and are now very tasteless. The pork was overcooked and supposed to be served in butter but was very dry and the cod was very slimy. Both main non pasta dishes were served with the same poor excuse for roast potatoes which were really just deep fried frozen blocks of potato alongside some very overcooked courgette. Even the bread has been replaced by a very cheap, disappointing alternative to the beautiful fresh Italian bread they used to serve. It would seem they have just lost their love and pasión for food and it is devastating to see.

Small menu - amazing food - PERFECT! You will not go wrong if you go here for a light bite or main meal. Great staff and really really good food!

Few tables so book ahead.
Courgette risotto excellent main followed an inspired raw veg platter with humus & olive oil dips as starter . Apple crumble top dessert to finish.
