I cannot praise this venue highly enough. Everything we ate was exceptional. Were this restaurant in London you would pay twice as much and the portions would be half the size. Our favourites were the croquettes, tempura anchovies and gazpacho. Lovely owners and great atmosphere due to the mix of locals and tourists.

During the daytime this is a normal cafe offering sensible snacks and drinks. Come evening it transforms into a very unexpected but very welcome gastronomic establishment. Very sensibly considering its size , the menu is kept down to a reasonable and more than adequate choice. We were very pleasantly surprised on our first visit, the service was first rate and the food simply outstanding and another example of the ever growing foods credentials of this small village. They catered for our Granddaughter 2 year old very well she absolutely loved the burger and wafer thin crisps. Well nothing for it but to stay longer so we can eat in all of the wonderful restaurants to which this one must now be added.

Plastic tables in a bar hide a creative chef and excellent service. Splendid vegetarian and fish with good quality meat, and lots of it!

This restaurant apparently changed hands last year and the new owners are trying very hard to creat something a little different to what was there. The menu was not extensive but had some really interesting touches , scrambled eggs with black pudding and dates (it was excellent). Serve local Gomera wines. Great sea food dishes , cod in a Rioja sauce and pork tenderloin with figs. We went on a couple of occasions for dinner and also became our coffee haunt. Do look it up, you will not be disappointed.

What a friendly place. Basically furnished but food and service excellent. Nothing was a problem and quality of food was superb. We were made to feel welcome and special. Highly recommend
