Went for lunch on a Sunday - stunning background of vineyards and beautiful setting. For a fixed price (35 Euro) the menu was 4 starters, a pasta, a risotto, a meat course, a dessert selection, bread, water and wine they make on site. Absolutely everything was fantastic; this was one of the best meals of my life!! Starters were a salumi selection, a cheese salad with mixed cheeses and pine nuts w/raisins, a parmesan souffle with fresh mushrooms, and a raw meat course with truffles and mushrooms that was superb. The pasta was an agniolttii with meat sauce that was fantastic, followed by a sausage and mushroom risotto - and I hate risotto - but I have to admit this was an exception! It was lovely! Meat was roast beef marinated in barolo with potatoes and carrots. Dessert was at least 8 things to choose from - my favorite was the heavenly meringata! The red wine was lovely. The service was perfect. I cannot imagine a better meal!
