Evergreen House holiday apartment is set in a very large garden a mile from the airport. The three bedrooms all have double beds, one with en suite bathroom and one family bathroom. The kitchen area, lounge and dining area are all open plan and with the choice of two balconies provided a fantastic base for our holiday. Bed linen and towels were provided and laundered weekly by the owner. The view from the front balcony included the airport runway and the sea beyond, with so few flights we were not constantly disturbed by air traffic with the last flight leaving 8.30pm. The accommodation was convenient to get to the south coast of the island, Oistin's was less than 10 minutes by car, and the nearby AB Highway given easy access to the rest of the island.
The owners were available if needed but were never intrusive, we had several very sociable conversations with them.
Another big plus was being collected from the airport.
The garden attracted a lot of wildlife including monkeys who played on land adjacent to the property.
The property and owners made this holiday a wonderful experience and we look forward to making many return visits in the years to come.
