The room is very clean and comfortable. That is about it. I found the staff to be unfriendly and completely unhelpful. I was hoping to get a semi healthy meal when I went to dinner. I asked the waitress multiple times if if could get fresh simply grilled with vegetables. I was told repeatedly I could only get fish and chips. Immediately after ordering I saw the adjacent dining tables all having grilled fish and vegetables. When I inquired to the manager she informed me that is was an option but it was too late to order as my meal was coming out soon. I waited for another hour for my meal to arrive. It was inedible. Fast forward to calling reception, don’t bother they rarely answer. The room service and restaurant numbers go to nowhere. Please don’t travel across the world to go to this hotel. It’s not worth it.

My Backpack containing my cellphone, glasses, credit card & USD cash was stolen from Oasis pool at Radisson. I spoke to General manager who said there are no cameras by the pool
I was never compensated and they lack empathy for the trauma

I found the glowing reports to be true so I will not repeat them. I found the staff to be exemplary: they are very helpful, responsive, and supportive of our needs as a guest. I am so enjoying our stay because of their spirit and hard work. Already planning our next visit and will stay at the Radisson.
