Had the best time and best stay! The food was fresh and tasty, especially craving the curry chicken roti at this moment! The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful from check in to check out! Extra shout out to Dylen who even made service possible on the beautiful Grand Anse beach along with recommendations for local activities and info about the resort! Very much enjoyed my time at the Radisson and will certainly be back!
The receptionist is just a mean rotton person. to the guest and worse to the staff. Obvioulsy she must be the Owner's kin. Her makeup must take hours yet her face is still evil. The maids and waiters do there best and really are kind . but that woman makes every thing run poorly. Even though my carry on wheeling bag did not need a porter , She forced me to wait almost an hour for the porter to go to my room. The refues to change my so my cabbie had to do it. Other guests got worse treat. That receptionist women is a spoiled child in a fem fatal costume. Our family jokes she was FRANKENSTEIN IN TOO MUCH LIPSTICK. what an embarrassment for the Raddison brand. avoid this hotel

This hotel was beautifully located on Grand Anse Beach and we had a wonderful time. The location and rooms were perfect for what we needed and one of the highlights of our trip was meeting Akim who works there. His customer service was above amazing and he consistently made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay even better. Akim by far made our experience memorable at the Radisson so we just want to thank him personally for his astounding customer service. I would definitely come back to this hotel to stay again because of the location and wonderful staff and customer service.
It was a great trip filled with brilliant hot weather and loved the activities I’ve done there while my time was spent. The beach is right opposite the hotel which made it such a beautiful site to wake up too. Staff was excellent and very well mannered 8/10 place to stay at
The Radisson is a beautiful hotel and the staff were always making sure that are needs were taken care of. Akim especially was always making sure that we were entertained throughout the day with game such as ping pong or tennis. He always made an effort with us and all the other guests throughout the day and we really appreciated it :) ! We will definitely come back here again and can’t wait to come back to it!
