Very good, perfect ! Very clean motel and nice place. Rooms are very pleasant, the breakfast to ! Everything was made to have a very good week-end and the employees are very nice and professionals. I like !

Had some problems when arriving . The s chedule provided by email was not correct. Automatic receival of key did not work with reservation. Enough parking places. Room with lake view and quiet. Wifi needed registration and worked properly.

Great for a stop over and very comfortable, however no shuttle to the airport and local taxis (which are extortionately expensive) will stop pick up from the hotel. Lady on the front desk was so helpful and you can get a bus from outside into Bordeaux and they are so cheap.
Room tip: Get a room on the first floor at the back of the hotel - rooms from 130 onwards.

Hotel is convenient for the motorway - 5 minutes from Junction 5. Also very handy for the tram into Bordeaux which is cheap and quick. I stayed two nights en route to Spain and was very surprised how good it was. I actually got a disabled accessible room which had a large bathroom - everything was clean and it worked.
Breakfast was the usual buffet which was OK and decent value. Stuff got replenished as soon as it ran low. Hotel borders a nice residential area near the lake and an industrial zone the other way. It's quiet despite the nearby motorway.
WiFi was mostly OK but did tend to drop out at times. In summary, a good alternative to Premier Classe/Formule 1 even if it is a couple of pounds more.

Hotel availability near Bordeaux was scarce during the International Fair, so I chose this hotel, despite it having no restaurant, thinking we would use the restaurant next door.
The reception was friendly, although paying up front came as a surprise.
1) The tiny pod wetroom / toilet means everything gets showered!
2 No restaurant and a small breakfast area in the reception area. I thought we would use the restaurant next door until I got there and saw that one course cost more than my hotel room!
3) Pillows looked plump but flattened to nothing.
4) I didn't find the roller blind until morning. The red lit sign above our window lit up the curtains all night - See photo, taken with the room lights off.
Room tip: Even numbered rooms overlook the car park

We booked a room with a specific request to check-in at around 2am and was told that they have a 24/7 check-in facility using this machine they had outside their front door. When we got there, front desk was closed and we had been given no instructions on how to use the automated check-in machine.
They had a phone number on the door for 24/7 emergencies which we tried calling at least 5 times though always got a voicemail machine.
At least their front door was open, so we ended up waiting/ resting for around 3 - 4 hours in their breakfast area till the front desk opened. When it did finally open we only got a lousy sorry and an excuse that she (the receptionist) wasn't there the day before so she didn't know why her colleague messed up. When the receptionist first arrived she didn't even ask if we needed anything and proceeded to preparing for breakfast as if we weren't even there.
This is definitely the worst experience we've ever had at a hotel!
Room tip: Choose a room at a different hotel.
