Our room was pleasant, as was the whole surroundings. Our second evening, we ate in the restaurant (Michelin one star) - excellent, be it the food, the personnel , the surroundings. Very impressive. However, the first evening we ate in the Bistro, also our grandsons ate in the Bistro the second evening. What a disagreeable experience . Some of the staff were OK but the majority were unhelpful, verging on the rude. It is supposedly a family resort but a complete lack of understanding with two (well- behaved) little boys of 6 and 3, along with a complete unwillingness to serve us. What a shame!

Wonderful stay, great staff, nice rooms and wonderful property. They greeted us well when arriving, the relais is nice. The pool at the chateau is more modern though.
We enjoyed the bistro for lunch and the 1* restaurant for dinner. It was great!

The place is beautiful and so picturesque and peaceful. the staff were welcoming. The food was devine.
Spent a wonderful 20th wedding anniversary there. Would and have been recommending it to everyone.
