Review of blooming Hotel
5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 15 May 2019via mobile
We just loved this place! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is great and the eco friendly concept of the hotel just adds to the positive feeling of staying here.
We enjoyed the pool and could rent bikes here at the hotel to circle through the amazing dunes to the beach at Bergen aan Zee.
It’s definitely worth it coming here and we can’t wait to be back.
The restaurant and bar are great by the way, during the day as well as in the evenings.

I had a very bad experience. I had booked for 4 nights from 19-22 April 2019. Unfortunately could not make it to the Hotel. I called them in the late evening on 19th April to cancel my stay.No cancellation accepted and they charged full amount for all 4 nights. I infact requested reimbursement for atleast 2 days the reply was not encouraging. They went ahead and charged completely though i didnt stay. Based on this experience i would never go to Blooming or suggest my friends to go for it. Not a good experience. NO FOR BLOOMING.

Room tip: Risk to book Hotel. For any circumstances u cannot mak it 2 d Hotel then forget ur amount. There is no refund. They charge completely.

Stayed here for one night with some work colleagues. Beautiful peaceful setting.
The rooms are basic but clean comfortable and modern. No coffee making facilities or iron.
Downstairs is quirky and very modern. Coffee available all day and beautiful seating areas.
Nice bar, though very nosy in the evening but I think they had some sort event going on.
We hired bikes to go to our restaurant one evening in the neighbouring town, great fun and very safe.

Excellent location (15min walk into Bergen) but see in its own grounds. Fresh flowers on the tables everywhere, individual cushions on the bed - the small touches made this hotel special. Unfortunately the hotel was full and we didn’t get a table for dinner but breakfast was fantastic - home baked bread, special jam, soja milk, slices ginger etc. Would definitely stay again - preferably in a room with a balcony overlooking the pond.

Had a 2 days training in this hotel, based at the edge of the Bergen dunes. Beautiful, stylish rooms with a queen (140 cm width?) beds, wooden flooring and large windows. AC unit was there but not needed, due to the window that cold be opened. Nice breakfast buffet with enough healthy options, good sized pool and and client friendly staff.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s even better than before.
From the front desks super efficiency to the generous potions for lunch, the clean neat rooms and the great children’s room (even enjoyed by teens and sporting an amazing library) everything is just perfect.
Easy 2km walk into town or the dunes.
