Thank you for your feedback. We are in the service industry and the majority of our bookings are referrals, so it is always disappointing to read something unfavorable. At times we can have a quiet night of early diners, thus allowing the restaurant to close early, however this is not a common occurrence. In the event that this does happen, we do have our Gift Shop open 24/7 and there are some beverage options available as well as inside your daily replenished mini bar.
None of our chairs are broken, however the sunlounger handles at times do require to be adjusted standing up, as soft white sand can fill in the different height adjustment positions whilst on the beach.
We are a unique boutique property, clean lines, local art on the walls throughout the property and furnishing are from Australia, NZ and Italy. As we are situated absolute beachfront, wear and tear and occur at any time and we are constantly upgrading where and when necessary - it is never ending.
I am surprised that the staff were not exemplary(particularly restaurant team), as they do go above and beyond and always receives such accolades - so I do apologise that you were not acknowledged appropriately.
We offer a number of complimentary extras as part of your stay, a complimentary cocktail with canape between 3pm-4pm, daily changing cooked breakfast, snorkeling gear, kayaks and SUP, turn down service, Luggage storage, use of Lagoon Lounge, shower facility after you have checked out and 24hr Reception to name a few
