My whanau chose this location to have our first ever private campground summer holiday. We normally go North to our own piece of paradise but due to unforseen circumstances we chose Ohiwa Camp.. and what a fantastic decision that was. Our hosts were present but not intrusive, our camping 'neighbours' were respectful and kind, we did not witness any type of nasty behaviour from anyone the whole week we were there. Very clean facilities, bathrooms were constantly being cleaned, kitchens were never crowded. Our kids loved making new friends and were able to walk around the site safely. Thank you Todd and Nola, we will be back!
