First trip to Santa Maria al Bagno, and what a delightful seaside town. The apartment was spacious and modern with lovely views to the sea from the roof terrace; many a evening spent here watching the sunset with a glass of wine (or three!). 15 minute walk to the town and beach but if you're feeling lazy you can relax by the pool. Recommend la pergola restaurant for giant pizza and cheap beer. Had a fantastic time would definitely stay again.

I note your comments however you were told that their was 3 bedroom 1 with a double bed and the other two bedrooms each had 2 single beds that could be merged to make doubles. The description of a sofa bed in the sitting room should have been removed as the sofa bed was changed to a full divan sofa and the occupation restricted to 6 people. As for a smell of damp in the upper room, that is the first time this has been mentioned and after a very hot summer such comment seems rather strange. Any complaints could have been made to the local agent who would have done everything necessary to remedy your concerns. Perhaps you should read the other reviews.

I note your comments, you were informed that the maximum occupation was for 6 people, and that the property has 3 bedrooms of which one had a double bed and the other two had two single beds which could be merged into doubles. Any reference to a sofa bed in the sitting room should have been removed, as such restricting the apartment to 6 people which was the size of your party. The upper small room as you call it has the space for 2 beds and a separate bathroom, as for a smell of damp, this is very strange after a long hot summer and the first time it has been mentioned. If you had any concerns and complaints these could have been dealt with by the local agent. Perhaps you should read the other reviews on the facilities available within the apartment.
