Avoid if you are planning to stay with family, if one cannot then carry basic stuff like set of towel, spare bed sheets, do NOT pay for the stay in advance.
Good for bachelors looking for a "good time". Do NOT use Yatra.com for booking here. Foods (Buffet) is good in taste but usually served late and very limited spread.
Avoid the huts, u will find toilet with broken seat, leaking flush, limited room service like cleaning . The AC in the rooms work. The managers "Mr Mithlesh Jha" and "Mr Pallav " do not add any value for the place. They do help in arranging the peripheral corridor safari for visitors who do have booking for the corbett core area safari, (its about INR 3500 no receipts of course).
Location is a plus, as you avoid using the barrage bridge. There is sweet shop which makes good "bal mithai" in Ramnagar at the junction

Room tip: Avoid the huts, carry basic stuff like bed sheets, extra towel.

One of the worst properties I ever stayed...rooms are shabby and very poorly maintained...the staff is very unprofessional especially Mithelesh Jha and Pallav... These two folks promise you the moon but what you get is worst that a single star hotel.... You are advised to stay away from this property !!!
