We visited this pub for an evening meal on Friday 27th April. Although we had not booked we were able to have a table straight away. The menu offered a good choice of dishes at reasonable prices. Service was polite and efficient, and our food was well cooked and tasty. The pub has an indoor restaurant and also has outdoor seating that overlooks the river Thames –which must provide a very pleasant view on a summer’s day when the tide is in! Overall, this was an enjoyable meal and I would certainly consider returning to eat here in the future.

This is a fantastic pub, no doubt about it, toilets are fairly clean and have numerous of them, tables are clean and food looks great.

Came here for a chilled drink with a friend, managed to grab a table fairly quickly however not many tables for those who don't want to eat. Was very happy to be there and stay there.
The only disappointing thing was that last call was at 11pm on a Saturday night and though I was at the bar when the bell rung I was told I would not be served as the bar was now shut... On a Saturday night? What? So we moved our business elsewhere. Felt rushed to get out as the staff were tidying away (which is fine I'd expect that) but not to turn off the music, and put the lights on brightly like a night club that closes at 3am. It made me feel uncomfortable, rushed and that I needed to down my drink asap! Luckily there are other pubs near by which do not stop serving so early on a Saturday night...

Is the Peterboat predominantly a restaurant now instead of being a pub restaurant?
