“Everything you need for a very memorable getaway !”
Reviewed 2 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We love this place , a perfect weekend away from the busy Bali streets. The location is superb and quiet but very close to the best eatery on the island. We ordered food and the kind staff brought it over from Sandy Bay beach club within 30 mins. The garden and pool are huge so if you have kids as we do there's lots of area to play. Our kids had a mini drone and flew it in the garden with no worries about losing it!. The house is very clean and cool with aircons in the bedrooms -they work really well so no problem sleeping in the heat. All in all a marvellous fun time was- Totally recommend .

We had been visiting Nusa Lembongan for over 20 years, staying at various places all over the island, and saw this place from the beach on one of our adventures. The first thing that struck us, compared to many of the other villas in which we had stayed, is the huge outdoor space. Enough room to play cricket or have a huge party with a large deep infinity pool at beaches edge. The feeling of space encourages a relaxed atmosphere, which definitely pervades. The villa is simple, yet tasteful, decorated in bits and bobs from the ocean, with driftwood, as the name suggests, and little treasures from and around Indonesia.
The 2 bedrooms sit on opposite sides of dining/kitchen and lounge open plan living area, yet both bedrooms have their own private balcony and bathroom. We have taken our teenage children and didn't hear their tedious fighting games at all. Perfect!
The beds are comfy and linen soft and luxurious.

We have been coming here a few years now, and the villa is still manned by the same staff, a good sign that it is a 'happy home'. They each have their own roles, from gardener to pool boy to cook and cleaner, so the place is well serviced, but done with little disturbance to the guest. Breakfast is healthy and huge, and requests can be made.
Another thing I love about this place is that you are able to order drinks and food supplies to be at the villa when you arrive, so there will be a cold Bintang or glass of wine when you arrive. The fridge and freezer are large, so can easily store food and drinks and ice for the week or two.
The villa is next to the Devil's Tear, so there are some great coastal walks around this area. It is right on the beach, however the ocean is a little rough for swimming, and a bit rocky, but I'm told there is good snorkelling on calm days. Two minutes walk is the Sandy Beach Club, also hosting great food, cocktails and friendly staff.
I have been trying to think of what I don't like about Driftwood and have only come up with one thing......leaving it!

“Superb house, helpful friendly staff”
Reviewed 23 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Thanks Mark and staff - we had a great time at Driftwood.
There are 2 large bedrooms with ensuites, including inside and outside showers, air con, large comfy beds.
The living areas are many - each bedroom has a small veranda, plus there's 2 lounge areas, one with TV and DVDs, another looking out to the pool and the coast. There's also a front veranda and a rondavel in the garden. So many places to chill!
Breakfasts were fresh fruit then eggs cooked any way.
Oh and wifi - very good!
We had a lovely time - and I'd particularly like to mention Mark as being most helpful!

“Breath taking. One of, if not 'the' best places we've ever stayed.”
Reviewed 11 August 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This was our second visit to Driftwood and we absolutely love the place. It is the perfect mix of luxurious comfort whilst also being connected with the natural environment; being situated right on the beach with huge and luscious grounds. The villa itself is beautifully comfortable; with a full kitchen, dining areas inside and out, AC and fans in bedrooms, several sitting areas inside and out for relaxing at all times of the day. The infinity pool is spectacular and a great spot to watch the sun go down over Bali. Photos can't do this place justice. Staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Situated right next door to the Beach Club which has some of the best food and drinks on the island. A fantastic all round experience - we will keep coming back as often as we can.

“Spectacular ”
Reviewed 17 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We stayed at Driftwood for 4 nights while visiting Lembongan for a wedding.

Incredible position literally overlooking the beautiful and rugged Sandy Bay. Quite breathtaking. Huge infinite pool almost on the beach... Truly magical.

Enormous villa and superbly renovated. A real beachy holiday vibe. So relaxing, we absolutely loved it. The sound of crashing waves at night is the best!!

The staff were awesome and helpful... Organised a scooter without hesitation.. Just lovely local people.

Stroll to the beach club at sandy bay in about 30 seconds... So cool !!
