“Ideal in every way”
Reviewed 15 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Little Roost was perfect for our needs, had everything, and we were charmed by the welcome and "light touch" from Rose, our host. I would suggest it's a real alternative to looking for a place in Lyme itself as Little Roost is quiet, has off -road private parking; yet is a short walk down to the beach front.

Many thanks for coming to stay and hope that you enjoyed your visits to the local vineyards. The sparkling white wines are proving popular around here and I must try out that local rose too! with best wishes, R

“Brilliant honeymoon cottage!”
Reviewed 26 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Well set out, clean, thoughtful provisions supplied, and a great base for exploring countryside, seaside and very historical places. For honeymooners, nice and secluded and quiet.

“Lovely cottage for two!”
Reviewed 18 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Just returned from 3 night break and could not be happier with standard of accommodation very clean with lots of thoughtful touches including welcome goodies that were much appreciated. Owner very helpful and friendly on hand if you needed help but left us to enjoy our break. Enjoyed having outside space to sit really peaceful and a sun trap especially to enjoy a sundowner or two. Lots to see and do in the area and cottage very well situated. Hope to return in future
