We highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. Close to many great restaurants and cafes. Every staff member we dealt with was awesome, especially all front desk staff, day and evening. They were friendly and helpful and never steered us wrong when we were looking for restaurant recommendations. Loved the bag and note that was left in our room prior to checkout. Would stay here again if we come back to Switzerland!

My husband, son and myself spent four nights at the Beausite hotel. We found the location quite convenient, parking is free and easy. The lady who was on duty the first three nights from 3-11 PM was extremely helpful and very nice. I wish I asked for her name and John was extremely friendly and helpful. I am sorry to say that we did not find the day time front desk staff very helpful during our stay from May 29 - June 2.
We had a room that sleeps three people. It was an attic room with a sloping ceiling. The room was spacious with two double beds which were comfortable. However, the room was very stuffy and lacked ventilation. We tried keeping the window open at night but there was too much road noise. A fan was provided which helped. The wooden floor seemed to make quite a sound when we walked around our room. We were on the top floor, but I wondered if we were disturbing those below us.
The bathroom was extremely small and inconvenient with hardly any space near the sink for our own toiletries. The shower water temperature would constantly fluctuate which was quite annoying. There was no lotion although they would have probably provided it had we asked. It would have been nice to have had this provided without asking though. The bathroom also lacked ventilation and we had to quickly come out after a shower, because it became very steamy in there and uncomfortable.
Important to note that we had to carry our luggage up some stairs since the elevator only goes up to a certain point. Fortunately we were able to do this without too much of a problem.
The breakfast was good and tasty with enough options and the evening cake and tea/coffee was a nice touch. Unterseen is near the Interlaken West station and about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We loved our stay here. The location was within walking to the train station and bus stops. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains out our window. Breakfast was quite extensive and delicious. Best of all was the outstanding staff, Claudia, Daisy, John and Antonio couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

During the end-of-year holidays, we traveled as a family and had a great time. This is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing in Interlaken. Nice atmosphere, kind and polite staff. Every day from 3 pm, the hotel offers delicious afternoon coffee as a courtesy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have incredible views of the Alps. There are many delicious options for breakfast, especially the cheeses, which are delicious. It's impossible not to mention the kindness and attention of the staff, especially Bruna and Daisy, who do everything they can to make your stay a wonderful one, including tips on shopping and sightseeing. It was perfect from start to finish. We love it and recommend it.
