Very nice hotel to stay in, excellent food, personal, pool- everything. Very helpful and knowledgable personal. They arranged tours to vist different wineyards for us for exaple. Breakfast is also very good with fresh fruits and a lot of homemade products.

Since the first moment when we arrived at the hotel we were treated with courtesy. We had an early checked in and we were given a free room upgrade.
The room was amazing (nice, comfortable, clean and with great A/C and super bed). The hotel is really nice and the location superb.
The pool area is also quite nice and we enjoyed a swim to fight the super hot day. What was missing was a pool bar, which is a pity.
Overall it was a great experience, well done to all the staff and we will definitely go back

We booked the most expensive suite, for two nights. The suite itself was large and very clean, however, the view is of a roof before you look beyond to see some beauty. The food for dinner was outstanding, as was our server! The problem, for us, was the service upon check-in. We had bags and our own car. There was no offer to help with bags, and no explanation about where to park. We were told we could pull the car up and THEN learned from another employee there was underground parking, which was great! Finally, two employees stepped up and brought a requested bottle of wine and were very kind. Soooooo, perhaps on any other day service may have been outstanding. We travel throughout Italy each year, by car, and this place was one of the worst experiences, for the cost.
A wonderful place to visit, very friendly staff, excellent food and fascinating wine vaults which are open to visitors. Well worth a stop over.
The surrounding countryside is exceptional and a short drive to Barolo is not to be missed.
