The hotel I normally stay at in Treviso was full, probably due to the very popular Impressionists exhibition in the main gallery.
I chose this out of town hotel because it is close to the A27 which gets me to Marco Polo airport in a half hour.
A friendly greeting on arrival, and a very comfortable large room on the second floor.
I chose to eat in the hotel ristorante, as on my drive in I didn't see any other eateries.
As it turned out the ristorante was very good and I enjoyed gnocchi di succa, followed by an ample plate of cold meats and cheese. Looking around I saw various other plates which all looked very good.
Breakfast buffet was also excellent, and as predicted it took me 35 minutes to the airport.More
