“Perfect location to relax”
Reviewed 13 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

We arrived at this beautiful little stone cottage by a magical creek after a very long flight / drive from Australia . Within minutes of us putting our suite cases inside we were in relaxation mode. Both our two little girls 6/8 loved it there making friends with Paula and Rams son Jiva playing in the shallow creek and exploring the beautiful gardens. They have a pet cat n dog who came to visit each morning. And would join you on a walk up the lane.Just sitting in the garden listening to the birds and the creek was just what I needed to get myself into holiday mode. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Thankyou Paula and Ram Jiva

“Heavenly Retreat!”
Reviewed 10 July 2014 for a stay in May 2014

This would have to be one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Encompassing all our five senses...
The mountain scenery is a sight to behold & so breathtaking. The scent of the lush green gardens & countryside & to breath air so clean & fresh is wonderful, the sounds of the birds & bubbling stream so peaceful.

It was a joy to spend each evening with Paula & Ramy sharing our days adventures with them while enjoying the culinary delights they served each night with a touch of love.

To pat & have fun with their 2 delightful, well behaved dogs & caress & play with their 2 intriguing Siamese cats who also made us feel at home was delightful.

Arriving ‘home’ each evening to the lit fire, warming the rustic stone built cottage was just another thoughtful touch & shows Ramy & Paula really care for their guests.

Our Tourne escape was one of joy, relaxation & wonderfully healing.

Thank-you Paula, Ramy & Jiva for opening your home & hearts to us. We look forward to returning some day.

“This is when 5 stars REALLY means 5 stars”
Reviewed 4 March 2014 for a stay in February 2014

We have stayed in many apartments over the years but this has to come at the very top of our list. The setting is stunning, peaceful and just a great place to find yourself - a quiet valley complete with tumbling steam and old stone bridge. The accommodation is comfortable and the owners have gone out of their way to make sure that everything you might need is there. The woodburning stove is a joy as is the beautifully seasoned stock of hardwood which gives an endless supply of piping water and glowing radiators. The hosts are wonderful - friendly, helpful and never intrusive. If you want a home from home in the quiet depths of the French countryside, then look no further.
