This is my second stay at the hotel and if it wasn’t because it is literally a 3 minute walk from the office I am visiting I would have chosen a different hotel.

Stepping inside the hotel is like going back in time. The rooms are sparsely furnished and I don’t think the decor reflects Milanese style. This is not a tourist hotel - it is a long journey into the city - yet there is no iron / ironing board and no facility to make a tea or coffee (I think the bottle of water provided is free) in the room. No power sockets near the bed either.

Breakfast is included in the rate. This is fine if the selection is rather limited.

The restaurant at the hotel is good but I don’t think what is on offer represents modern Italian cuisine and it lacks atmosphere.

I’m not sure by which standards this is a 4-star hotel.

Though I stayed for 2 nights only, it was a good hotel with nice interior. Very comfortable and recommended. Mall is also within walking distance. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Hotel taxi were nice too. The food was great though there was not much variety in the breakfast buffet spread.

I have stayed many times during the past 3 years at this hotel, while on business travel. The last time was April 2018. It is always clean and with very friendly and professional staff and services. Breakfast is good but also several times that I tried lunch or dinner I found it also very good.

Breakfast has no diversity at all. The only non carbon hydrate is cheese. Lady at reception is quite unfriendly, the carpets on corridors smells badly, expensive 125 € one night!!! Dinner was also bad. Very far away from Milano. Even business purpose I was unhappy.

Dear Guest,
first of all we would like to thank you for your time dedicated to this review and we are sorry that your stay has not been up to your expectations.
We do apologize if the reception agent seemed to be unfriendly. She has already been made aware of this event with the objective to reach our quality and service standards.
Regarding the breakfast, our San Valentino Restaurant offers a rich buffet with a big variety of products. For example as non carbohydrate it is possible to find: selection of coldcuts and cheeses, eggs, sausages, yogurt and fresh fruit.
We regret to read about the carpets smelling, they had been deeply cleaned only few days before your arrival. Following your highlighting, we immediately verified all carpets and solved the situation, as the cleanliness of all our areas and rooms is fundamental for us.
Our Hotel is located in Vimercate, on the outskirts of Monza and near the main road (highway A4 Milan-Venice, East and North Freeway) and is well connected with the city of Milan.
We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future, it will be a pleasure for me to meet you.
Best regards
The Management

Stayed one night on business. Stayed here as our normal hotel was fully booked. But the Cosmo was perfectly OK. Check-in was friendly & efficient. The room & bathroom were clean, and quite big. Breakfast buffet was good, and the evening meal was very appetising. Nothing negative to say at All !!
